When playing as a Discord Activity, with your authorization, we access:

• Discord User ID
• Discord username
• Discord avatar
• Discord Activity instance ID (shared among players in the same session)

• To provide and maintain the Game's functionality
• To enable multiplayer gameplay and real-time communication
• To display your identity to other players in game sessions
• To improve game performance and user experience
• To detect and prevent cheating or abuse

4. Data Storage and Retention

Local Storage: Your username, client ID, and avatar preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser data.

Session Data: Game session data (chat messages, clues, votes) exists only for the duration of the game session and is not permanently stored after the game ends.

Analytics: Anonymized analytics data may be retained by our analytics provider (Vercel) according to their data retention policies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Discord: For authentication and Activity integration. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Analytics: For website analytics and performance monitoring. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your in-game information (username, avatar, clues, chat messages) is shared with other players in your game session as part of normal gameplay functionality.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Clear your locally stored data by clearing browser storage
• Revoke Discord authorization through Discord's settings
• Request information about what data we have about you
• Request deletion of your data

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Game sessions use authenticated WebSocket connections to prevent unauthorized access.
